Corner store chocolate

Finding chocolate bars that don't contain even trace amounts of nuts is challenging. I haven't found one higher end bar without the 'may contain' warning yet. At least now, I'm starting to remember the standards at the local corner store that are safe. Kit Kat, Aero, Coffee Crisp and Smarties are all okay. There's a peanut free promise on the Nestle's website.

I'm still bummed about Ritter Sports.

  1. Your lucky you can find these nut free chocolates. Here in the US all those old time favorites are made in a nut facility. I have to special order them from Canada so that my kids can enjoy the treats I did as a child. Hopefully Nestle will open a Nut free plant here. I also order quaker oats cholocate chip granola bars from Canada because of the same reason. It seems like I need to move to Canada, becasue they seem to be more progressive that the US.
